Philadelphia Rape Suspect Found Sitting Outside Hospital In South Jersey: Police

A Philadelphia rape suspect was arrested in Gloucester County, authorities said.

Washington Township police credited social media and a BOLO (be on the lookout) alert written by Detective Tommy Myers for locating the suspect on Thursday, July 7.

The rape suspect, Willie L. Harris, 49, was found sitting outside Jefferson Hospital, police said.
